I was away on a business trip at Brunei Darussalam, trying to return home to Buenos Aires a few days ahead of schedule. After calling the American Airlines' Executive Platinum desk, where I got a "sorry, no more room on the flight" kind of response, I felt desperate. I then called the BTM Help Desk line, although it was during the weekend. I found Jose Mollerach on his bed, on a Sunday, just before 8am. He asked me for a few minutes until he could wake up and come to his workstation. When I called 15 minutes later, the answer was: "you've got a window all the way through. Anything else?" That's the kind of support I have been getting from BTM during the last 9 years. Thanks.
